Every individual room provides a feeling of homeliness and serenity with most rooms offering garden view. Rooms varies in size, however are fairly spacious. Amenities may include an ensuite, telephone access, proximity to secluded outdoor areas and the access to different lounge areas.

We have three lounge areas for community sharing to bring a sense of family and togetherness. Our cosy fireplace is perfect for cold winter days and is perfect for reminiscing on nostalgic memories! The main lounge has a wide screen TV and internet access is available at all hours to our residents. 

Activities

We value relationships – Kilara regularly holds ” BBQ Day” where families can come together and relax. We celebrate special occasions such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter and Australia Day with community barbecues.

For entertainment and relaxation, we provide wide range of recreational activities which include regular movies outing, church group singing, bus community outings, exercise program, arts and craft, and gardening in our special made garden beds with the aim of making everyday a happy and fulfilling one.

Personal Care

Food is also important to us! Our delicious meals are prepared fresh daily by a qualified Chef and we incorporate a well balanced diet in our meals. We pride ourselves in providing high quality care with our diverse team members.



Our personal care workers are highly qualified and experienced to meet each individual needs. Our Registered Nurse is on-site 7 days a week to attend health care needs and we have regular home visiting doctors, podiatrist, mental health nurse, dental nurse, optometrist as well as other health practitioners.
